Connections

It started with the fanciful notion that each of us go about our lives in the midst of an isolating bubble that contains our back story, our hopes and aspirations, our fears, our various personalities and our coping mechanisms. I liked the idea that a train carriage is another kind of bubble and that when strangers find themselves enclosed in it, our bubbles intermingle and for a time, we form part of each other’s backstory, and connections are made.
