I love trees. They fill me with joy; strong, full of vitality and

life, there are so many different species - all kinds of shapes

and size, they constantly change with the seasons. Sometimes

I see one with a quirky branch growing out of its trunk for no

apparent reason, making it extra cute.

Trees have the wonderful ability to make everything a bit

better - scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and

depression, even absorbing pollution and releasing essential

oxygen. So go on, treat yourself, go out into nature and

spend time with trees.
